Complete, plausibly-located profiles are auto-approved right after submitting. Edge cases route to a human — usually same day.
Pick actual start/end months — apples Sep–Nov, honey year-round. Buyers see accurate 'In season now' rails.
Set a date range when you'll be away. Listings pause automatically and the contact form politely tells buyers when you're back.
Upload permits, insurance, or organic certificates. They appear as 'Shared by the business' — we don't imply Harvest Hub verified them.
